The samples were being put in five hundred mL PEHD containers and saved in a temperature of four °C right up until arrival at the laboratory. For each sample, three aliquots ended up isolated and pre-treated according to the sort of study: the aliquot employed for the Investigation of HMs (other than Hg) was dried in the thermoventilated oven in a
